Delivery

We aim to despatch within 1-2 working days of you placing your order. All goods outside of the UK are shipped on Delivered at Place (DAP) Terms.
Customs charges vary depending on the country of delivery.  If you are concerned about incurring high customs charges, we recommend you ask your local customs office about their rates. Duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

UK Orders - delivery 1-2 working days £7.50

Mainland Europe – Delivery within 3-5 working days (pending customs clearance) £20

United States – Delivery within 3-5 working days -  £25

Rest of the World-  Delivery within 7-10 working days -£35

Please note:  Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. In event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and sales taxes will not be refunded by us and returning of goods will be at your own expense.

DELIVERY OF PRE ORDER OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

You will receive your pre-order item within five - ten weeks from ordering depending on garment. Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within three days of purchase.

You will receive your made-to-order item within three - four weeks from ordering depending on garment. made-to-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within three days of purchase.

 

Returns 

Please contact hello@prierdesaone.com should you wish to return an item.  PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS BEFORE CONTACTING US.

Returns from US/EU/Rest of World: Please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’.  All paperwork and the outside of the return box must be clearly marked as 'returned goods' and the UK selected as return region - to ensure the order is returned to us with no extra charges. This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.

Goods are to be received back in store within 14 days of receiving your order ( in the original packaging) with all labels still attached. 

Please take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply. Please send all items you wish to return through registered postage or courier service and retain proof of postage and tracking, as the goods remain your responsibility until received at PDS. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, you are liable for the costs incurred for return postage.

Returned items will be refunded or exchanged (minus delivery and any other costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping costs and processed within 14 days on receipt of returned item(s).
